  2. I read someplace that it takes more calories to digest mushrooms that are in the mushrooms! I love mushrooms and onions!

  3. I am also a health conscious person and I’ve read so many reviews and programs in my search to which one is definitely for me but the more I browse and read the more it confuses me as to which is the best one.

    • I also read and watch many programs on nutrition. You cannot go wrong with Dr. Fuhrman. His nutritional advice is well researched and his patients are proof. Everything he recommends makes sense. We know that vegetables, fruits, beans,nuts and seeds are healthy. Remembering GBOMBS makes it easy. I lost sixty pounds going vegetarian, and following some of Dr. Fuhrman's ideas, although I didn't know it at the time, and this year, since becoming a vegan and following Dr Fuhrman's program, I lost the last 30 pounds!!! No more cravings, and I've never been happier or healthier! His science makes sense, and more importantly, it just works!!! Thank you!!!
