This nourishing bowl of deliciousness packs all of your favorite plant-based omega-3s together in one recipe! We could have called it the “Brain-Powered Bowl” since, in addition to a decent amount of omega-3s, you’ll also benefit from the anthocyanins in the berries — both of which have shown to support brain health.

Base
 2 cups organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
 1 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 2 medium bananas (frozen, fairtrade)
 4 tbsp hemp seeds
Toppings
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 ¼ cup walnuts
 ¼ cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
 2 tbsp flax meal (freshly ground)

Add all base ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Divide between two bowls.

Split the chia, walnut, coconut and hemp between the two bowls as toppings.
