 2 cups organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
 1 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
 2 medium bananas (frozen, Fair or Direct Trade)
 4 tbsp hemp seeds
Toppings
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 ¼ cup walnuts
 ¼ cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
 2 tbsp flax meal (freshly ground)
