If you’re a “more greens, please” person, then this Lemon Detox Smoothie Bowl is right up your alley! Made with kale, parsley, ginger, avocado, and lemon, it’s refreshing as is or add chopped fruit on top to add just a touch of sweetness. This smoothie is the perfect way to start a healthy day!

Base
 2 cups organic kale (chopped)
 2 tsp ginger (sliced)
 ½ cup parsley (chopped)
 1 medium avocado (pitted)
 1 very large lemon (juiced)
 1 cup plant-based milk (plain, unsweetened)
 ½ cup water
Toppings
 ½ cup pineapple (chopped)
 ½ cup kiwi (sliced)
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp coconut
 2 tbsp mint (minced — optional)

Add all of the base ingredients to a blender or food processor.

Blend until smooth.

Divide between two separate bowls.

Distribute the pineapple, kiwi, coconut, chia seeds, and mint (if using) between the two bowls as toppings.
