Brenda Davis is a registered dietitian, a respected researcher, and an internationally acclaimed speaker. She is a past chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association, and is the co-author of 9 books, including Becoming Vegan and Defeating Diabetes. Her books are nutrition classics, with more than 750,000 copies in print in 8 languages. As the lead dietitian in a diabetes intervention project in the Marshall Islands, Brenda’s findings show that with support, healthy changes can take root in any community.
