We’re working for more healthy, sustainable, humane and conscious food for all. The experts we trust generally point towards a more whole, local, sustainably produced, natural, organic, non-gmo, plant-strong, humane and fairly traded foods. We believe that eating simple food in a healthy body with a clean conscience is more pleasurable, and infinitely more satisfying, then eating decadent food that makes you and your world ill.

How can I promote your work?
Share links to any resources you find on our site that you think may be of value. “Like” us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, and spread the word when you see posts you want to share. How do I login?
There are two reasons to login to our website. One is if you have purchased an Empowerment Package or the Living the Food Revolution Course, which makes you a customer. Our customers login page is here. The other is if you are an affiliate or a super affiliate who wants to gather tools to promote our work, or to check on the results of promotions you have done so far.Our affiliate login page is here. Customers create their usernames and passwords when they purchase, and can reset passwords any time provided they are able to receive email at the email address used at time of purchase. If you are a customer and you need to change your email address, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Affiliates are sent usernames and passwords over email. The most common login difficulties occur because: 1) People haven’t ever made a purchase or signed up as an affiliate, and as such they do not have a user account. 2) People are failing to enter their password correctly. If it has been emailed to you, please make sure to copy and paste your password directly from the email you receive. 3) People have changed email addresses and as such, the password reset link they request is not reaching them. 4) People’s spam folder is blocking the password reset emails they have been requesting. What is the 2014 Food Revolution Summit calendar?
Here’s how the 2014 Food Revolution Summit will work. From April 26-May 3, we’ll be broadcasting all 24 riveting interviews, and on May 4 we’ll host a special hour-long finale presentation from John and Ocean Robbins. The general schedule of each days’ interviews will be a sequence airing via teleconference at 8, 9, and 10 AM Pacific Time (PT), with 24 hour internet-based replay. How do I download recordings and burn them onto a CD?
The 2014 Food Revolution summit empowerment package is available in digital and hard copy form. The hard copy form comes with the Gold and Platinum Empowerment Package options only. These are instructions for burning CDs from the digital version, which all Empowerment Package customers have access to.
- Log into the your digital Empowerment Package at (here’s the link) and click through to the Package and Day to see individual interviews. Click “Interview Download” to download the interview.
- After the file is on your computer, go to your downloads folder and drag and drop the file into iTunes, or click on the iTunes File menu, and select “Add File to Library”. You can also import it into any other desktop jukebox (e.g. doubleTwist for Android).
- iTunes and similar applications allow you to create CDs, or you can play the files directly from your mobile device. Read a guide to burning a CD in iTunes here.
When can I expect to receive a Gold or Platinum Empowerment Package?
The 2014 Food Revolution Summit runs April 26-May 4. We will do our best to ship hard copy Empowerment Packages as soon as possible after the Summit ends. We hope to have Gold and Platinum Empowerment Packages on route to you within 3 weeks. Within the United States, we will ship using Media Mail, which takes an average of 3-6 mail days (and which we are providing on a complimentary basis). International customers can expect hard copy shipment via USPS Global Priority to take from 5-15 business days. All shipping is done from a warehouse in Illinois.
Do you need volunteers or have employment available?
We don’t have funds to be opening any ongoing staff positions, but we do welcome volunteers to help our message reach more people, and we have a rotation team of interns. In general, we can use help with web design, web development, customer support, blog articles, and blog editing and moderation. If you have skills and are interested in helping with any of these tasks, please visit our volunteer page to share your background and level of availability, and to request more information on our current needs. What is your refund policy and process for digital products?
We offer full refunds for all digital product purchases made on the Foodrevolution.org website, within 30 days of date of purchase. Digital purchases include the Silver Empowerment Packages, the 2012 (Volume I) Empowerment Package, and the Living The Food Revolution Course. If you are not satisfied with a digital product purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days by emailing to email@example.com. Please put “Refund” in the subject and give us the email address you used with your purchase, and we will gladly and promptly issue you a full refund. If you are comfortable telling us why you are requesting a refund, we appreciate the feedback.
What is your refund policy and process for hard copy products?
If a hard copy of the Empowerment Package arrives in damaged condition, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the problem, so we can send you a replacement. If you are not satisfied with the Empowerment Package, we offer a 30 day return policy. Returned items must be postmarked for return within 30 days of postmarked shipment to customer, or return will not be valid. Upon return receipt, customers will receive a full refund on purchase price, minus (for international purchases) seller shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipment of all hard copy refunds, and seller shipping costs for international orders are non-refundable. Returns should be sent to: Food Revolution, 4610 Prime Parkway, McHenry, IL 60050. If you are comfortable telling us why you are requesting a refund, we appreciate the feedback.
Why do you charge for the Empowerment Package?
We make all of the Food Revolution Summit’s initial broadcasts and replays available for free and that enables us to reach tens of thousands of people. We also offer the Empowerment Packages for a fee, and this enables us provide some added value to those who want it while also covering operating costs, and hopefully generating enough funding to make promotion appealing to our affiliates and to support future projects.
Where does the money go for sales of the Empowerment Package?
Much of our outreach is done by affiliates who receive up to 50% of revenues from any sales they help generate. Our affiliates spread the word to many hundreds of thousands of people, and we are grateful to them. As well, many of them are non-profit organizations that are doing wonderful work we are glad to support. There are also many hard costs including CD duplication and hard copy printing and postage, website design and development, infrastructure, list management, call hosting, organizing staff time, customer support, getting calls transcribed, credit card fees, etc. Empowerment package sales cover these costs, plus all the costs of producing a quality summit for tens of thousands of participants, and hopefully provide our staff and the Robbins family with compensation as well. The Robbins family didn’t get in this line of work for the money (if money were our goal, John Robbins probably never would have left Baskin-Robbins!), but of course it helps if we can be sustained doing good work. And if we are successful, we will be able to offer more programs in the future.
