Ingredients

 ½ cup coconut milk (BPA-free can, light)
 1 tbsp tahini
 1 tbsp lime juice
 ¼ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ tsp salt (optional)

Directions

In a mason jar or medium-size bowl, add the coconut milk, tahini, lime juice, and garlic powder. Place the lid on the mason jar and shake well or stir well in a bowl until all of the tahini is dissolved. Enjoy your tahini dressing!

Chef's Notes

Substitutions
Try almond or cashew butter in place of tahini.

Use lemon juice in place of lime juice.

Storage
Store this tahini dressing in a mason jar or airtight container for up to 7 days.
