Substitutions
Use any bean you have on hand in place of black beans.
Any type of tomato works here. Use cherry, Roma, grape, or whatever is growing in your garden.
If you don’t have red onion, use yellow or white.
Substitute ¼ tsp garlic powder for two garlic cloves.
