Creamy Mustard Dill Sauce

Creamy Mustard Dill sauce is a tangy topping that goes perfectly on top of potatoes of every variety, roasted vegetables, savory hot cakes and so much more. Makes a great plant-based swap for sour cream or anywhere you could use a bit of fresh and creamy tang!

½ cup plant-based yogurt
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice (or organic apple cider vinegar)
2 tbsp dill (freshly chopped)
¼ tsp salt (optional)
tsp ground black pepper (optional)
