1 tsp celery seed (ground)
¼ tsp salt (optional)
½ tsp sweet paprika
⅛ tsp ground black pepper (optional)
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
¼ tsp ground mustard
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp smoked paprika
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Add the celery seed to a coffee or spice grinder and grind until a powder.

Add the remaining spices and grind a few times until blended.

Taste for additional seasoning of choice.

Substitutions
