Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk the maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl.
Toss the pumpkin seeds in the maple syrup blend until they’re well coated.
Spread the seeds out evenly on the baking sheet.
Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and let cool. They’ll get crispy as they cool.
Once the pumpkin seeds have cooled, add the dried blueberries and cacao nibs to the bowl with the pumpkin seeds and mix well to combine. Enjoy!

Substitutions
In place of pumpkin seeds, try sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, cashews, or roasted chickpeas.
In place of dried blueberries, try dried cranberries, raisins, apricots, or your favorite dried fruit.
Omit cacao nibs if you do not prefer a chocolate flavor.

In place of maple syrup, try date paste.
