Gather all ingredients.
Slice the fruit into 1-inch pieces. Feel free to slice the fruit creatively, such as cutting the banana into rounds or diagonal slices.
Add the water to a small bowl, then zest in the rind of the lime and then juice the lime into the same bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Make the skewer by adding the fruit onto each skewer, alternating banana and strawberry.
After the skewers are made drizzle on the lime juice mixture and enjoy.

Substitutions
Add all types of fruit like organic grapes, watermelon, blackberries, kiwi. and especially ones that are in season!
