Ingredients

 1 medium avocado (pitted)
 1 cup spinach (packed)
 ½ cup organic applesauce (unsweetened)
 ¼ cup plant-based yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
 1 cup organic soy milk (plain, unsweetened, or plant-based milk of choice)
 1 tbsp hemp seeds
 1 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp maple syrup (or date paste (optional))
 ice (as desired)

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

This smoothie is on the thicker side, so if you desire a thinner consistency, add ¼–½ cup of additional plant-based milk.
