Ingredients

 2 cups plant-based milk (unsweetened)
 ¼ cup almond butter
 ¼ cup hemp seeds (hulled)
 2 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)
 2 dates (pitted)
 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
 1 tsp ground cinnamon
 2 tsp green powder (of your choice)
 2 ice (handfuls)
Toppings
 2 tbsp cacao nibs
 2 dashes ground cinnamon

Directions

Add the plant milk, almond butter, hemp seeds, coconut, dates, vanilla extract (if using), one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and green powder to a blender and blend until creamy smooth.

Taste for additional flavors of choice.

Add 1–2 handfuls of ice and blend again until smooth, if desired.

Top with cacao nibs, a dash of cinnamon or another sprinkle of hemp seeds.

Chef's Notes

Substitutions
Use any green powder (spirulina, matcha, chlorella, or a blend of greens!) you love to make the Green Magic Smoothie.

Substitute almond butter with peanut-butter, cashew butter or other nut butter of choice.

Use banana, apple, or another sweetener of choice in place of dates.

Substitute hemp seeds with chia seeds.

Nut-Free
Use sunflower butter or tahini in place of almond butter.

Storage
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
