Ingredients

 2 bananas (frozen)
 2 cups plant-based milk (plain, unsweetened)
 2 organic lemons juice and zest (zest before squeezing)
 ½ tsp vanilla extract (preferably alcohol-free)
 1 dash turmeric

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into two glasses and serve.

Freeze bananas ahead. Make smoothies to order.

For a creamier smoothie, use coconut milk or add 6-oz vegan yogurt.
