Chef's Notes

Substitutions
Substitute your favorite nut or seed butter for the peanut butter.

Use organic kale or another leafy green of choice in place of spinach.

Lower the calories
Use water instead of plant-based milk. Note that this may also lower the protein and calcium content in your Peanut Butter Smoothie considerably, especially if you were going to use organic soy milk.

Make it lower fat
Cut the peanut butter in half (note: this will also lower the protein content).

Cut the hemp seeds in half (note: this will also lower the protein content).

Add more goodness
Add berries for more sweetness and antioxidants.

Add your favorite superfood powder like maca, reishi, or matcha.
