Ingredients

 1 cup plant-based yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
 2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
 ¼ cup date paste (link in Chef’s Notes)
 1 cup pomegranate arils
 1 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until creamy.

Adjust flavors to taste.

Drizzle pomegranate dressing over your favorite salad or grain bowl.

Chef’s Notes

Substitutions
Instead of apple cider vinegar, try balsamic, red wine or white wine vinegar.

Use maple syrup in place of date paste if you don’t have date paste.

Storage
Store pomegranate dressing in an airtight container or mason jar for up to 5 days.
