Ingredients
4 medium organic tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup organic sun-dried tomatoes (dried, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
1 medium garlic clove (roughly chopped)
¼ cup basil (freshly chopped)
¼ cup mixed sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli, and radish)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (see Chef’s Notes)
1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions

Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and place them in a blender or food processor.

Add the fresh tomatoes, garlic, basil leaves, sprouts, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Blend until smooth.

Season raw tomato sauce with sea salt and pepper to taste.

Substitutions
For oil-free recipes omit olive oil or substitute with tahini.

Store raw tomato sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days
