Chef's Notes
Substitutions In place of grapes, try frozen berries, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, or any frozen fruit you fancy!
In place of mint try basil.
Prep Ahead Wash, dry, and freeze the grapes ahead of time. Lay them out flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet and store them in the freezer overnight.
Storage Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month. When ready to enjoy again simply blend with 1-2 teaspoons of coconut water to return the mixture to slushy consistency.
