Ingredients

 ¼ cup tahini
 2 tbsp dijon mustard
 2 tsp Gochujang (or other spicy chili paste)
 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
 ¼ cup water
 ½ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Add all ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.

Whisk well until the tahini is completely dissolved.

Taste for additional ingredients of your choice (more garlic powder, more chili paste for spice, more Dijon).

Enjoy this spicy mustard with your favorite steam vegetables, whole grain crackers, or spread on a sandwich.

Chef’s Notes

Substitutions
In place of tahini, try sunflower seed butter, tofu, or plain, unsweetened plant-based yogurt.

In place of apple cider vinegar, try lemon juice.

Storage
Store spicy mustard in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
