Dahlia Marin, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Licensed Dietitian. She uses her own health story and clinical experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy while working with clients of a multitude of backgrounds and health conditions to get to the root of what ails them, helping them reach optimal health and well-being. Dahlia focuses her special skills and extensive training to support adults and children to optimize their gut health and reach microbiome balance and diversity. Dahlia helps support a host of patients living with conditions including: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), autoimmune disorders, and thyroid imbalances. Dahlia is passionate about helping patients and clients incorporate and better-tolerate whole plant food as Medical Nutrition Therapy and work with their care team to identify and treat the root cause of their gut issues with both Eastern and Western modalities in hopes to overcome or best manage them once and for all. She has personally used food as medicine on a whole food plant based diet for over 10 years to overcome Pre-Diabetes, PolyCystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Gastrointestinal issues, hyperlipidemia, obesity, and uncontrolled Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, to have a healthy plant-based pregnancy and now 7 year-old thriving plant based daughter. Dahlia combines her academic background in evidence-based data, training in integrative and functional nutrition, and real world experience to help others Heal With Each Meal.
James is an Integrative Registered Dietitian who specializes in using whole plant-foods as a form of medical nutrition therapy. James has used his knowledge of food and the environment to help hundreds of his patients prevent and reverse diseases focused in the gut like SIBO, IBS, Ulcerative Colitis, Reflux, and more. His approach takes into account family dynamics, stress, nutrition habits, environment, and work life to come up with a tailored approach for each of his patients.
James grew up struggling with his health on a standard American diet (SAD). He was morbidly obese at a young age, had asthma, joint pain, and was chronically sick with migraines, seasonal allergies, and recurring colds/infections. Since applying what he has learned in his own life he no longer suffers from any of these issues. He has been fully plant-based for 11 years, but does not expect that from his patients. James has co-founded the first ever 100% plant based SIBO/IBS program with his wife and business partner Dahlia Marin.
