Ingredients

 1 batch Easy Vegan Mayo
 ¼ cup organic ketchupnatural or homemade, see Chef's Notes
 2 tbsp relishstore-bought or homemade, see Chef's Notes
 2 pinches regular paprika optional

Directions

Make the Easy Vegan Mayo.

Add the ketchup and relish to the mayo and stir to combine.

Taste for additional ketchup or relish, depending on the flavor you desire.

Stir in paprika.

Serve on salads, sandwiches, and veggies.

Substitutions
Substitute Easy Vegan Mayo with unflavored, unsweetened plant-based yogurt of your choice.

Ketchup

Relish
We used a savory dill relish. You could use homemade relish or sweet relish if you enjoy sweet relish. Note that you may want to adjust the amount of relish added to this recipe depending on your flavor preferences. Taste test to see how much you’d like!
