Dukkah is an Egyptian seasoning that includes a delicious blend of herbs, nuts, and spices. Traditionally, it’s used as a dip with bread or fresh vegetables. Add it to hummus, cashew cheese, or other dips for a crunch and boost of flavor. Vegetables and hummus plus a sprinkle of dukkah is a great snack for those who love savory, creamy, and crunchy snacks.

Chef's Notes
Substitutions Try any nuts you have on hand—pistachios, hazelnuts, and walnuts would all be delicious.
You could also use fennel seed in addition to the other seeds or in place of one of them.
Sprinkle on top of tacos, a tofu scramble, or in wraps.
