Michael Clark
Mike's research examines how dietary choices affect environmental sustainability and human health. He uses global models and meta-analyses to examine these issues and to provide insight into what can be done to reduce the impact that diets have on environmental sustainability and human health.
He is part of LEAP (Livestock, Environment and People), a four-year project supported by the Wellcome Trust’s Our Planet Our Health Programme, working on the project's “Modelling the Food System” work package.
Keren Papier
Dr. Keren Papier is a Senior Nutritional Epidemiologist working in the Cancer Epidemiology Unit (CEU), based in the Oxford Department of Population Health, at the University of Oxford. Her research uses large-scale epidemiological studies (including the Million Women Study, UK Biobank, and EPIC-Oxford) to assess the role of diet in the etiology of noncommunicable diseases, particularly cardiometabolic outcomes and GI cancers. She has a special interest in investigating the health effects of animal-sourced foods, the nutritional status and disease biomarkers of adults consuming plant-based diets, and dietary questionnaire design. She is also the Principal Investigator for the Feeding the Future Study (or FEED).
