Ingredients

 ¼ cup hemp seeds (hulled)
 ¼ cup nutritional yeast
 ¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor or spice grinder and grind until a meal-like texture.

Taste for extra nutritional yeast (cheesy flavor) or garlic powder.

Chef's Notes

Substitutions
In place of nutritional yeast, use 1–2 tablespoons of organic mellow white or chickpea miso.

Instead of hemp seeds, try walnuts or brazil nuts.
