Spinach Potato Latkes
Latke is a type of potato pancake in Jewish cuisine that is traditionally prepared to celebrate Hanukkah. Ingredients typically found in latkes include potatoes, onions, matzo meal, eggs, salt and oil. Our baked latkes might try to convince you they contain oil, but they are, in fact, oil-free. We’ve added some greens for a boost in nutritional value and replaced the traditional egg with a flax egg. High-fiber oat flour takes the place of matzo meal and abundant spices give them flavor. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce!
