Ingredients

 ½ cup plant-based yogurt
 1 tbsp dijon mustard
 1 tbsp lemon juice (or organic apple cider vinegar)
 2 tbsp dill (freshly chopped)
 ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  tsp ground black pepper (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until well combined.

Taste for additional flavors of choice (more mustard, lemon juice, or seasonings).

Substitutions
Substitute yogurt with blended silken tofu.

Substitute dill with parsley or your favorite fresh herb of choice.
Use brown mustard in place of Dijon mustard.
