Chef’s Notes

Substitutions
In place of pumpkin seeds, try sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, cashews, or roasted chickpeas.

In place of dried blueberries, try dried cranberries, raisins, apricots, or your favorite dried fruit.

Omit cacao nibs if you do not prefer a chocolate flavor.

Whole Food Sweetener
In place of maple syrup, try date paste.

Storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
