Easy-Peasy Grilled Tempeh
Tempeh is one of those foods that you either shy away from because you’re not sure how to prepare it or you dive in deep because you’ve tried and love it. It’s very simple to prepare! Because it’s tightly packed soybeans, it can be tough to marinate. One trick is to boil or steam it first, which loosens the soybeans and will allow your marinade or other flavors to penetrate through. It also reduces some of the bitterness that tempeh can have when just grilled straight out of the package.
