Ingredients
3 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp organic tamari (reduced-sodium, or coconut aminos)
3 tbsp organic rice vinegar
3 tbsp maple syrup (or date paste, link in Chef’s Notes)
1 ½ tbsp gochujang (optional or sriracha)
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp water
Directions
1 Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2 Taste for additional ingredients of your choice (more gochujang for spice, more rice vinegar for acid, or more garlic or onion powder for pungency).
3 Use as a marinade or sauce for veggies, tofu, mushrooms, and more!

Whole Food Sweetener Use date paste instead of maple syrup.
