Ingredients

 2 small avocados
 ¼ cup plant-based milk (plain, unsweetened)
 2 tbsp water
 1 clove garlic
 1 medium lime (juiced)
 ¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
 2 tbsp jalapeño (optional, diced)
 ¼ tsp salt (optional)
 ¼ tsp pepper (optional)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Add salt and pepper if desired and taste for additional flavors of your choice (more lime, cilantro or garlic).

Chef's Notes

Substitutions
Any plain, unsweetened plant-milk will work.

Use ⅛–¼ teaspoon of garlic powder in place of fresh garlic.

Try basil or parsley if you don’t love cilantro.
