Ingredients

Base
 3 tbsp strawberry puree (unsweetened)
 ice (as desired)
Top
 2 oz water
 1 tsp matcha tea (powdered, no additives)
 8 oz pistachio milk (link in Chef’s Notes or store-bought plant milk, unsweetened)
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp maple syrup ((optional) or date paste, link in Chef’s Notes)

Directions

In a food processor or blender puree 3–4 ripe strawberries until the strawberries reach a saucy consistency. Alternatively, in a small bowl, mash the strawberries until small chunks have formed. Add to the bottom of your serving glass and set aside.

In a second glass or mason jar add water and matcha and whisk until smooth, then add milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup if using. Whisk together until well combined.

To the first glass with the strawberry puree add ice and gently pour the matcha and pistachio milk mixture to the top.

Drink as is or stir to create a strawberry-infused latte.
