Ingredients

 2 cups organic raw oats (rolled)
 2 cups plant-based milk (unsweetened)
 2 cups organic strawberries (chopped)
 6 oz plant-based yogurt (plain or vanilla, unsweetened)
 1 tsp almond extract

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.

Divide the oatmeal mixture between 4 jars or bowls.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Substitutions

Substitute strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, or naturally sweet dark cherries. 

 

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
