Ingredients

 1 batch of Vegan Feta (link in chef’s notes)
 2 cups organic red grapes (washed and destemmed)
 18 leaves of basil leaves (fresh)
 1820 cocktail skewers (wooden or stainless steel)

Directions

Thread the feta cubes, basil leaf and whole grapes onto 18 skewers (depending on the size of your skewers). Depending on the size of the basil leaf you may need to fold it in half before threading. Each skewer should have two pieces of feta, two grapes and 1 basil leaf, in alternating layers.

Arrange the feta and grapes on a serving platter and top with the remaining olive and miso brining mixture.

Substitutions
Try cubed melon, pitted cherries, or cherry tomatoes in place of grapes.

Substitute basil with sage leaves or tarragon.
