Gremolata is a traditional Italian recipe made from finely minced parsley, garlic, and lemon zest. What’s great about this combination of ingredients is that it adds brightness and freshness to dishes to make them simply delightful. This nutrient-rich, vibrant, and herby condiment is absolutely scrumptious on top of organic grilled tempeh or tofu, roasted vegetables, or as a spread on top of your favorite crusty whole grain bread!
Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until the parsley is minced and garlic is blended. Alternatively, you could use a mortar and pestle to combine the ingredients into a pesto-like consistency.
2
Spoon over grilled tofu or tempeh, steamed veggies, grain bowls, salads, or on top of veggie burgers.
