Jessica Meyers Altman is the creator of www.gardenfreshfoodie.com, a blog devoted to plant-based, in-season, gluten free recipes. She is a certified plant-based chef, through the Rouxbe Cooking School, holds a Plant-Based Nutrition certification, and a Master’s in Science Education. Jessica combines her love of teaching and food by teaching plant-based cooking classes in Buffalo, NY, as well as teaching at a local university. She grows much of what her family eats and is passionate about helping people down a path of health.
