 2 cups plant-based milk (unsweetened)

 2 dashes ground nutmeg
 ¼ cup dried apricots (chopped)
  cup slivered almonds (optional)

Directions

Add the oats, chia seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and dried apricots to a 24-ounce mason jar or container.

Place the lid on the jar or container and shake well to combine the ingredients.
