Blackberry Mojito Mocktail

Ingredients

 ½ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
 ¼ cup mint leaves
 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
 16 oz sparkling water
 date paste ((optional) or maple syrup, to taste)
 2 lime wedges (for garnish)
 mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Muddle the blackberries and divide them between the two 12-ounce glasses.

Finely chop the mint and divide it between the two glasses.

Divide the sparkling water between the two glasses.

Squeeze in the lime juice and stir.

Taste and add optional sweetener of choice.
