You might call this Crunchy Cruciferous Slaw the Purple Powered People Pleaser with its bright-colored hue, crunchy texture, creamy dressing, and healing attributes. Anthocyanin-rich red cabbage is the start of the show, while Brussels sprouts and red onion (more anthocyanins!) are supporting characters that add more flavor and nutrition.
