What is Ginger Beer?
Ginger beer is a zesty, non-alcoholic beverage made from fermented ginger, sugar, and water, known for its bold ginger flavor and slight natural fizz. Unlike ginger ale, ginger beer has a stronger, spicier taste, making it popular as a mixer in mocktails and cocktails or enjoyed on its own. When selecting ginger beer, look for options with minimal, high-quality ingredients like real ginger root, cane sugar (rather than high-fructose corn syrup), and no artificial flavors or preservatives. Choosing a brand with these simple ingredients ensures a fresh, authentic ginger taste and a more healthful drink experience.

Storage
Store ginger beer mocktail in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Keep in mind that since ginger beer is carbonated, the drink will lose some of its fizz each day it sits.
