Ingredients
1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp organic miso (mellow white or chickpea)
1 tbsp organic tamari (low sodium or coconut aminos)
4 tbsp organic rice vinegar
1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
½ lime (juiced)
2 tbsp ginger (minced)
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1 In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients until miso and tahini are completely dissolved.
2 Pour over top of your favorite salad, vegetables, or stir fry.

Prep Ahead Make it ahead of time! Ginger Miso Dressing will keep for 5 to 7 days in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator.
