Chef's Notes
Substitutions Try ¼ cup basil and ¼ cup cilantro for variety. Don’t like cilantro? Use ½ cup basil.
Prep Ahead Make it ahead of time! Green Goddess Dressing will keep for 5 to 7 days in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator.
Sugar-free Use orange juice or pineapple juice for maple free, or simply try omitting the maple. Salt and pepper really aren’t needed here, but add a sprinkle if you’d like.
Make it spicy and more nutritious Add 1–2 tablespoons of chopped jalapeno. Blend in 1” piece of ginger.
