Ingredients

 32 oz watermelon (diced)
 16 oz jicama (diced)
 2 limes (juiced)
 1 cucumber diced (peeled if waxed)
 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
 salt (optional)
 ground black pepper (optional)
 ground cayenne pepper (or tajin*, optional)

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, jicama, lime juice, cucumber, and cilantro.
