Ingredients
16ozplant-based milk (unsweetened)
2tspmoringa powder
½tspcinnamon
⅛tspnutmeg
¼tspginger
sweetener (to taste, optional)
Directions

In a small stovetop pot, heat the plant-based milk until just boiling.

Turn off the heat and add the moringa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Whisk well until the moringa is completely dissolved. Alternatively, you could add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until the moringa is dissolved.

Taste for additional spices or, if desired, add a little sweetener of choice.

Add more delicious nutrition Use a half teaspoon of moringa and a half teaspoon of matcha tea (if you want to add a gentle touch of caffeine).
Add your favorite adaptogen to the latte like maca, ashwagandha, or reishi.
