Ingredients
2 small avocados
¼ cup plant-based milk (plain, unsweetened)
2 tbsp water
1 clove garlic
1 medium lime (juiced)
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
2 tbsp jalapeño (optional, diced)
¼ tsp salt (optional)
¼ tsp pepper (optional)
Directions
1 Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
2 Add salt and pepper if desired and taste for additional flavors of your choice (more lime, cilantro or garlic).
Chef's Notes
Substitutions Any plain, unsweetened plant-milk will work. Use ⅛–¼ teaspoon of garlic powder in place of fresh garlic. Try basil or parsley if you don’t love cilantro.
