Summary

A balsamic dressing packed with superfoods? Sign us up! Pomegranates are a good source of vitamin C, folate, and anthocyanins while walnuts are filled with magnesium and vitamin B-6. Both are packed with fiber, and there’s an added bonus — this dressing is light, refreshing, and flavorful! It’s perfect for roasted autumn squash, a winter grain bowl, a spring salad or grilled summer veggies.
