This simple Kimchi Mayo is a delightful blend of creamy tofu and probiotic-rich kimchi that makes an incredibly irresistible condiment. Plus, it is packed with protein and tasty enough to add a touch of healthful indulgence wherever you need a little kick!
Add ½ cup of the Easy Vegan Mayo and ½ cup of kimchi to a blender or food processor.
3
Blend until mostly smooth. If you prefer extra silky smooth sauces, without texture, then a high-speed blender will work best and you’ll need to blend for a couple of minutes. If you like a little texture (our preference!) with your sauce (similar to a rémoulade), then either a high-speed blender or food processor will work. You’ll want to blend for about a minute, scrape down the edges, then blend again.
4
Serve kimchi mayo with bean burgers, on top of tacos, with a tofu banh mi sandwich, or over a grain bowl.
