Ingredients

 1 tbsp tahini
 1 tbsp organic miso (mellow white or chickpea)
 1 tbsp organic tamari (low sodium or coconut aminos)
 4 tbsp organic rice vinegar
 1 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
 ½ lime (juiced)
 2 tbsp ginger (minced)
 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk all the dressing ingredients until miso and tahini are completely dissolved.

Pour over top of your favorite salad, vegetables, or stir fry.

Prep Ahead
Make it ahead of time! Ginger Miso Dressing will keep for 5 to 7 days in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator.

On top of salads.
