Ingredients

 ½ cup mango (diced)
 ½ cup pineapple (diced)
 ½ cup organic strawberries (diced)
 ½ cup red onion (diced)
 ½ cup organic tomato (diced)
 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
 2 tbsp jalapeño (optional, diced)
 2 tbsp cilantro (optional, chopped)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir well.

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes (or overnight) before serving.

Chef's Notes

Substitutions
Substitute parsley, mint, or basil in place of cilantro.

Add lemon juice instead of lime.

For the tomato, use any variety you love.

Instead of mango, use diced citrus like mandarin or orange.

Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
