Ingredients
3 tbsp organic tomato paste
4 tbsp worcestershire sauce (vegan)
1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp onion powder
Directions
1 Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
2 Taste for your flavor preference (maple for sweetness, apple cider vinegar for tang, or spices for more garlic or onion flavor).
Chef's Notes
Sugar-free Omit the maple syrup. Try some pineapple juice for natural sweetness instead.
Make it spicy Add 1–2 teaspoons of your favorite preservative-free hot sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
